As you may have already noticed, the specifications of the Nothing (1) phone continue to appear one after the other, day after day, both via the official teaser and – as in this case – by other means. A listing of the device on TUV Sud’s website reveals that it will be able to charge up to 11V 3A, which is equivalent to 33W.<\/p>\n
This definitely won’t put the Nothing (1) phone at the forefront of fast charging these days, but considering its mid-range chipset and placement it probably won’t seem entirely out of place. Some of its competitors go into the high 60s, in terms of Watts, and there are a few weird ones here and there that do even more, but 33 W isn’t bad. It is not even surprising.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, the phone has been rated by TUV Sud along with a charging brick that can deliver 45 W. It is unclear if it will ship with the phone in the box or if Nothing will want to save the environment like Samsung and Apple by not sending you the Power brick. In the latter case, presumably this 45W charger will be offered by the company as an extra purchase.<\/p>\n
The Nothing (1) phone will finally be fully unveiled on July 12th. It will sport a 6.55-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon 778G + SoC, and support for wireless charging. It is expected to retail for \u20ac 470 and above in the EU.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
