It is prepared in no time, with homemade cooking cream (or even simply bought at the supermarket) and lots and lots of love.  It is always nice to cook for those you love and first of all there is love for yourself and so why not cook us something really good?  In the sauce I added only carrots cut into very small pieces, but you can also add celery and onion, always cut into very small pieces.
