It has a very particular flavor, it resembles a Greek pita for leavening and cooking in a pan, but it differs for the<strong>addition of plain yogurt<\/strong>.  It is really very simple to make, it can be served with both vegetables and meat (personally salami and cheeses, very Italian).  It cooks extremely fast, in a non-stick pan, you just need to wait a little for the rising times.  For all those who can only see India in photos, alas we bring some of its flavors to the table, enjoying them to the full. Knead vigorously on a floured surface until the dough is smooth, soft and elastic.
