This creates an additional problem of having to back up your data first and then restore it later.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung has introduced a solution to this problem: the repair mode.  This will be accessible through the Battery and Device Maintenance screen in Settings. Basically, it will be as if the phone has been reset.<\/p>\n<p>Once the repairs are complete and after picking up the phone, you will be able to deactivate repair mode using a fingerprint or pattern lock.  This will restart the phone again, this time with full access to all your data. This will help diagnose the problem.  Of course, no personal information will be recorded in this log and you will be able to enter the repair mode without creating a log.<\/p>\n<p>Repair mode will first be enabled on the Galaxy S21 series via a software update.
