As we all know, it is also used by very young children who surf the net and stay in contact with other people.  As mentioned, however, the role of parent requires you to control the activities of your child.  Whether these are real or whether they occur in the digital world.<\/p>\n<p>Very often, however, we have heard about consent in this regard.  The smartphone of others, in fact, is a private device to which not everyone can freely access.  But in the case of a minor child, can the parent check and view the mobile phone without consent? All the more so if the speech refers to minors.  A sentence, later confirmed in 2020, by the court of Parma imposed <strong>the obligation to check the device<\/strong> by the parent of a minor child.  If used by minors, therefore, WhatsApp, or any other messaging app, can be controlled by a parent.<\/p>\n<p>Italy is not the only country that limits the use of the network by minors.  In addition, the country advises parents to monitor their children&#8217;s digital activities.  Europe is also on the same wavelength, which has established a plan for the informed use of the Internet.  A regulation to which also <strong>Whatsapp<\/strong> has joined by imposing a minimum age limit for its use.  In fact, for those who do not reside in Europe the limit is set at<strong> 13 years<\/strong>.
