By following our recipe you will get fluffy and soft sandwiches, ideal to be stuffed to make very delicate burgers. The size of these sandwiches is ideal for children to eat too. These sandwiches are also a great solution for celebrating a birthday or for a refreshment.<\/p>\n

      In a bowl, add the milk and brewer’s yeast; stir to dissolve the yeast.<\/p>\n\n

      In another large bowl pour the eggs, sugar and mix with a whisk.<\/p>\n\n

      Once the eggs are well mixed with the sugar, add the milk with the yeast, continuing to mix with the whisk.<\/p>\n\n

      Add the flour in two stages and start kneading, at first with the help of the whisk and then with your hands.<\/p>\n\n

      Finally add the soft butter, salt and continue to knead.<\/p>\n\n

      Once you have created a compact dough, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise until doubled for about 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n

      2 hours later or when the dough has doubled, put it on a pastry board and create 6 loaves of 100 grams, place them in a large pan with high sides, cover with cling film and leave to rise for another hour.<\/p>\n\n
