You can pair a number of matrices together to form 2pc dual effects, such as 2pc Samir + 2pc Cobalt-B to increase constant damage on enemies when Cobalt-B is played as field DPS or 2pc Samir + 2pc Crow to increase overall damage . <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"best-team-comps-for-cobalt-b-in-tower-of-fantasy\">Best Team Comps for Cobalt-B in Tower of Fantasy<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"flame-dps-teams\">Flame DPS teams<\/h3>\n<p>According to the current meta flame, Cobalt-B e <strong>King<\/strong> they are the only characters in Flame DPS.  Since Cobalt-B has Flame resonance which requires another Flame character to activate, it makes sense to pair them both together.
