Quick and easy pasta with sausage<\/h1>\n

There pasta with sausage<\/strong> it is a simple and tasty dish, but above all very quick to prepare. A delicious homemade first course ideal for family dinners, but it could also become a good ally in case of an unexpected guest. It is basically a pasta with white sausage sauce,<\/strong> all colored by cherry tomatoes, so there is no shortage of colors for a beautiful presentation of the dish. We have chosen to combine the pasta with the sausage penne<\/strong>, of course, other types of pasta are equally suitable. An ingredient that goes very well with pasta and sausage is definitely the pecorino<\/strong>not used by us for this recipe.<\/p>\n

  • <\/i> Dry white wine: 100 ml<\/li>\n

      Preparation<\/h2>\n
      1<\/span><\/p>\n

      Let’s start by putting a pot of salted water on the fire to boil to cook the pasta. Remove the sausage casing and cut it into small pieces. <\/p>\n\n

      Peel the onion and chop finely. <\/p>\n\n

      Finally wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into pieces. <\/p>\n\n

      When the water boils, add the pasta and cook it al dente. Check the cooking times shown on the package. <\/p>\n\n

      Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion.<\/p>\n\n

      Saut\u00e9 for a couple of minutes. <\/p>\n\n

      Remove the garlic and add the sausage. <\/p>\n\n

      Quickly shell it with a fork. <\/p>\n\n

      When it is well browned, add salt, pepper and deglaze with the white wine. <\/p>\n\n

      Cook for about 5 minutes, taking care to let the wine evaporate completely, add the chopped tomatoes. <\/p>\n\n

      Add a ladle of the pasta cooking water. <\/p>\n\n

      Cook for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat. Drain the pasta al dente with a slotted spoon and transfer directly to the pan. <\/p>\n\n

        It is preferable to serve it immediately while still hot. As with all pasta preparations it is possible to add other ingredients as desired like cream<\/strong> and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan if desired.<\/p>\n

        Adding chili powder can also be a great idea.<\/p>\n

        Pasta with sausage can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, in an airtight container. Warm up before serving<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
