This is the first chipset launched with the Arm Cortex-X3 prime core clocked at 3.05 Ghz and based on the ARMv9 architecture.  The CPU also carries 3 Arm Cortex-A715 cores clocked at 2.85 GHz and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 cores at 1.8 GHz. The new chip is manufactured with the second generation TSMC 4nm (N4P) process.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/MediaTek-Dimensity-9200-is-here-TSMC-N4P-node-Arm-Cortex-X3.jpg\" alt=\"MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is here: TSMC N4P node, Arm Cortex-X3 and ray tracing \"><\/p>\n<p>The second breakthrough is in the graphics department, where we have the ARM Immortalis-G715 GPU with hardware-based ray tracing engine, another first in the industry.
