The dough must be soft. Pour the icing sugar into a saucer.  Pick up the dough and form balls of about 25 g.  Then roll them in icing sugar.  Once a ball is ready, place it on the baking sheet. Depending on the oven, the time may vary by a few minutes, so check the cooking.  The cookies will be ready when they turn lightly golden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Advice and tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is preferable to use <strong>untreated organic lemons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The butter can be replaced with 90 ml of seed oil.<\/p>\n<p>Freshly baked lemon biscuits are more fragile and can break easily, let them cool on the pan before removing them.<\/p>\n<p>If you use a static oven, the temperature from <strong>set is 180 degrees<\/strong>.  It is always better to check the cooking after the first 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lemon biscuits can also be kept for about ten days, obviously they will be a little drier than the first few days, but still excellent.  It is very important to use an airtight glass or tin container and, if possible, place a sheet of baking paper on the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>These treats can be frozen for <strong>a maximum of 5 months<\/strong>.
