To be sure it&#8217;s cooked you can use a probe, measuring the <strong>core temperature<\/strong>: is ready when it reaches i <strong>60\u00b0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer you can <strong>marinate the leg of lamb overnight<\/strong>, leaving it in a pot covered with red wine and aromatic herbs.
