The base Galaxy S23 will start at $799 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Samsung will also offer an 8\/512GB model if you need some extra storage.<\/p>\n<p> The Galaxy S23 Ultra starts at $1,199 which will get you the same 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage as the base S23+ model.  If you want to make the leap to 12GB of RAM, you&#8217;ll need to pick up the model with 512GB of storage.  The new S23 series will be available in Phantom Black, Cream, Green and Lavender colors.
