Haugen says Activision later used the same model and even bought the same makeup artist to scan his likeness directly in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.<\/p>\n<p><center class=\"native_ad\"><\/p>\n<p>\t<!-- Composite Start --><\/p>\n<p>\t<!-- Composite End --><br \/>\n<\/center><\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit claims the company did this to directly copy Cade Janus&#8217;s design from Haugen&#8217;s &#8220;November Renaissance&#8221; to create the character of Mara.
