This phone has now also surfaced in the Geekbench 6 database with that exact chip.<\/p>\n<p>The Exynos 1330 is part of Samsung&#8217;s next generation chips alongside the 1380. It is a 5nm chip with a pair of Cortex-A78 cores (2.4GHz) and six A55 cores (2.0GHz), plus a Mali-G68 MP2 and a 5G modem. It will be powered by the aforementioned Exynos 1330 equipped with up to 6GB of RAM (as seen in the Geekbench scorecard), as well as a large 6,000mAh battery.  The M14 only supports 15W charging, but there&#8217;s a chance the F14 will go up to 25W (the M13\/F13 both had 6,000mAh\/15W batteries).<\/p>\n<p>This will be a dual-SIM phone, as you can see from the support page on Samsung India (there&#8217;s an identical page on Samsung Bangladesh as well). The phone is expected to start at \u20b918,500.  It&#8217;s the same MSRP as the Galaxy A14 5G (which has slightly different hardware), the M14 is not yet available in India.
