Brush a loaf pan with seed oil and lightly flour it. Decorate the surface of the plumcake by arranging the apple slices. Always do the cooking test before taking it out of the oven, inserting a long toothpick in the center of the dessert: if it comes out dry, the dessert will be cooked. We advise you, in particular, to add walnuts, pine nuts or almonds.  Especially good is the contrast between apples, cinnamon and dry ginger.<\/p>\n<p>You can add too <strong>1 tablespoon of Cointreau <\/strong>in order to emphasize the taste of the orange.<\/p>\n<p>It is not possible to use brewer&#8217;s yeast for this preparation: always use baking powder or cream of tartar.  Alternatively you can use <strong>1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda<\/strong>activating it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>If your oven is a little slow, we recommend keeping the plumcake <strong>5-10 minutes<\/strong> in addition, covering the surface with silver paper.<\/p>\n<p>You can replace the granulated sugar with raw cane sugar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The apple loaf cake can be kept at room temperature, covered with a clean tea towel or a cake tin <strong>Three days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Can <strong>be frozen for up to 1 month<\/strong>.
