Grate the orange peel with a narrow-hole grater, being careful not to grate the white part as well, which would be bitter. If the oranges you are using are not very juicy, you may need three.  Pour the orange juice into the mixture. If you use a silicone mold it will not be necessary to oil it. Carry out the toothpick test: insert a long toothpick or spaghetti in the center of the cake and then remove it, checking if it stays dry.  If the toothpick is too wet, bake the cake for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step step-7\"><span class=\"stepcount\">7<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool completely before unmoulding it and placing it on a serving plate or tray. You can replace the sugar with stevia.<\/p>\n<p>You can add to the dough <strong>30 grams of bitter cocoa<\/strong>, to be sifted together with the flour, so as to have an orange and cocoa cake.
