So take care to keep it <strong>mascarpone and cream in the fridge<\/strong>whipping the cream following the procedure described in the recipe for perfect whipped cream.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want to use gelatine, also known as isinglass and which contains animal derivatives such as cartilage and bovine bones, you can replace it with a natural thickener,<strong>agar agar<\/strong>which you can find in specialized pastry shops.<\/p>\n<p>It is essential that the no-bake strawberry cheesecake rests in the refrigerator before serving, otherwise you risk it melting when cutting the slices.<\/p>\n<p>You can replace the mascarpone with <strong>350 grams of plain Greek yogurt with 5% fat<\/strong>.
