It follows in the footsteps of the flagship S24 Ultra, which received the same treatment last week.<\/p>\n<p>The S24, as it turns out, also has a larger copper vapor chamber than its predecessor &#8211; almost double, in fact &#8211; just like the S24 Ultra.  This is a theme with Samsung&#8217;s 2024 S-series flagships, it seems. Camera lens caps can be replaced individually.  The S24 does not have a UWB antenna, unlike the S24+ and S24 Ultra.<\/p>\n<p>The motherboard has a dual-layer design just like last year.  The 12MP front camera is glued in place, meaning it&#8217;s only replaceable if you use a knife to cut the glue.  On the other hand, the rear cameras can all be disassembled easily. Unfortunately, detaching the screen without damaging it is almost impossible;  However, if you&#8217;re replacing the screen, it&#8217;s probably because it was damaged to begin with.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, the Galaxy S24 gets a repairability score of 9 out of 10. It managed to get full points for component availability, ease of battery replacement, and ease of replacing miscellaneous parts like the charger port.
