A change in the backend caused a persistent error to appear on LG devices which caused &#8220;LG IMS&#8221; to crash without being able to connect to cellular services.  The following error message above continued to appear, even after it was deleted, with little time to perform other actions in between the error messages.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"\u201dblockquote-small\u201d\"><p>    Unfortunately, LG IMS has stopped.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The good news is that a resolution has been passed.  Anyone with an LG device on T-Mobile experiencing this problem should restart their devices to fix the problem.  Those who don&#8217;t restart their devices should see the problem fixed the next day. The app that displayed the error, LG IMS, is a system protocol used to manage data and voice connections over LTE.
