I like to vary the taste of the jam, the shape of the cake or the type of shortcrust pastry used.  This time I used a shortcrust pastry without butter, easy and without pitfalls, but if you want you can follow our classic recipe.  For celiacs, it is advisable to follow the gluten-free tart recipe.  Very few ingredients will be enough to prepare a cake loved by young and old. Then add the two types of oil and create an emulsion by beating with a fork.<\/p>\n<picture class=\"image-step\">\n<noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n<\/picture><\/div>\n<div class=\"step step-2\"><span class=\"stepcount\">2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Then add the flour and baking powder and mix quickly with a spoon.<\/p>\n<picture class=\"image-step\">\n<noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1649267663_125_Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1649267663_125_Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n<\/picture><\/div>\n<div class=\"step step-3\"><span class=\"stepcount\">3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Then transfer it to a floured surface and form a loaf, working it quickly. Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, the ideal would be a whole night.<\/p>\n<picture class=\"image-step\">\n<noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1649267663_14_Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1649267663_14_Jam-tart-with-easy-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n<\/picture><\/div>\n<div class=\"step step-4\"><span class=\"stepcount\">4<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Then with the help of a sheet of parchment paper, roll it out to a thickness of half a centimeter.
