But if you prefer <strong>other tastes<\/strong> you can enter as many as you like.  The only flavors not recommended are those with fruit made in water because they would risk melting too quickly compared to the classic ice cream with a milk and cream base. <\/li>\n<li>Frying the scoops of battered ice cream in boiling oil must last <strong>a few seconds<\/strong>just long enough to last on the surface, otherwise in ice cream it would risk getting too hot and melt completely before consuming it. <\/li>\n<li>It is important that the batter is very thick, otherwise it would risk forming a too delicate crust that could break. <\/li>\n<li>Your scoop of fried ice cream can be decorated as desired: with a sprinkling of icing sugar, with melted chocolate chips or with different flavors topping, as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>storage<\/h2>\n<p>Consume fried ice cream <strong>immediately, just cooked<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to proceed with the preparation of the ice cream balls that can be made in advance and placed in the freezer wrapped, one by one, in transparent film.
