THE <strong>macaroni in the oven<\/strong> they remind me of Sunday, family lunches all gathered around the table, the scent that comes out of the oven that is always on.  Today we rediscover those same sensations, with a small variation of presentation.<\/p>\n<section class=\"envireit-recipes-data\">\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h3><i class=\"fas fa-list-ul\"><\/i>  Ingredients for <i>8 people<\/i><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"envireit-recipe-yelds\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Tortiglioni type pasta: 700 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Tomato puree: 600 ml<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Minced meat: 500 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Provola cubes: 200 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Grated Parmesan: 100 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Olive oil: to taste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Salt up: to taste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\"><i class=\"far fa-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>  Small onion: 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"envireit-recipe-fields\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"preptime\"><i class=\"fas fa-utensils\"><\/i>  Preparation: <i>30 minutes<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"cooktime\"><i class=\"fas fa-fire\"><\/i>  Cooking: <i>45 minutes<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"totaltime\"><i class=\"fas fa-clock\"><\/i>  Total: <i>75 minutes<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"calories\"><i class=\"fas fa-heartbeat\"><\/i>  Calories: <i>476 kcal \/ portion<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"envireit-recipes-instructions\">\n<div class=\"envireit-recipe-instructions\">\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<div class=\"step step-1\"><span class=\"stepcount\">1<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Heat the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it, pour it into a bowl and dress it with a drizzle of olive oil.<\/p>\n<picture class=\"image-step\">\n<noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Macaroni-al-forno-the-innovation-of-baked-pasta.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.sbenny.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Macaroni-al-forno-the-innovation-of-baked-pasta.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n<\/picture><\/div>\n<div class=\"step step-2\"><span class=\"stepcount\">2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a separate saucepan, saut\u00e9 the chopped onion over medium heat.  As soon as it is golden and crunchy, add the minced meat and cook for about 5 minutes.  Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan, then add the tomato puree. There are those who choose it red, as in this case, and those who prefer it white.  For the red version <strong>you can add mushrooms, b\u00e9chamel, speck, mozzarella and pecorino<\/strong>.
