What are your guys' thoughts on The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2? In my opinion, I found it a little underwhelming in comparison to its predecessor. (Season 1). Now there is still one more episode to air before Naofumi's story is concluded, and I do truly hope for another season, but I just feel compared to season 1, it has not been the greatest anime, which is a shame because I thought it showed great promise during its first season.

Really felt as a linking arc, where you get more sense of the world story rather than the character development. But still too much is still in the air , I hope it's getting another season to make the full transition, but in all honesty isekai genre or (powerleveling) animes tend to have a great begin but falls into this slow motion after one or two arcs.

@ i was so into the story of season 1 but during s2 i felt like i was forcing mylef to watch it and i ended up watching bleach instead

When I was in middle school, I watched this anime called Wolf's Rain, because it had anime dogs. As it turns out, it was a tragedy, and I was little prepared to watch all of my beloved characters die. I have yet to find a single other person who has watched this anime, so I suffer alone.

Has anyone else watched Wolf's Rain? What are you thoughts on it?

My frist time watching this anime i was exactly like you, the history was pretty a bit confusing for me at the time and really sad , but rewatching it few years ago I got I different view, there's the tragic , segregation and killing of a tribe just because they were different, and that put a new twist in the whole drama , is still a pretty but sad history, but much more than just the narrow view I had , making this anime one the best I've seen.

(Edit) Oh and I love the songs. Fells a bit cowboy bebop style (off course cowboy bebop has more fast paced songs, but there are others very chill or even like rainy mood)

hmm, for a more relaxing vibe, like Saturdays with animes ya also wanna check out "Aquatope of white sand", it has a perfectly charming op and ed as well as character designs to give your eyes a trip to the deep blue aquatic ocean. More of a slow-burn slice of life, nothing's too intense. It's airing this fall 2021 season not full eps yet. Also, yuri vibe is secretively screaming (just soft)

you should try attack on titan(shingeki no kyojin). It is really good
