Can anyone recommend witty or humorous books like The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy or A Series of Unfortunate Events?

Btw, how amazing are they, am I right? XD

If you're looking for some quick, easy reading with some fun humor, you might enjoy the Xanth novels by Piers Anthony. Every animal and plant is some sort of pun. Another fun one is Still Life With Woodpecker by Tom Robbins. It's hard to describe. A couple of books with what I consider "quiet humor" would be The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch and Johnathan Strange & Mr. Norrel.

I really like Christopher Moore. If you try his books, my personal favorites are Lamb and Practical Demon Keeping.

Did you accidentally post this twice. Anyhow, I like reading fantasy too. For me, the theme or concept of the book is a huge deciding factor on whether I should read it or not.

Deductive logic is considered the most efficient method of analyzing complex issues, as it helps come to a reasonable conclusion. Note that deduction relies on valid arguments only as you can see in deductive essay example

Depends on the Book I guess...

Also the Time period,... don't want to end up in a medieval time, would probably catch plague or something...

And if your born a part of the peasant class... farming for the rest of your life and survival if you can

But if you mean like with a game system for all or being able to cultivate and all... yeah I guess that would be pretty cool... though it would be pretty harsh too...
Since the culture would be warlike,... strength over all
