Hi everyone how do i stay focused when I'm working on a book?

Try working on your book in a quiet place where you won't be bothered.

I practice meditation on a constant basis ? believe me, it makes a substantial difference. I also try to connect deeply with what inspires me so I get into that thing, event, person, whatever vibe and then take it to the realm of words. Hope it helps ?

I don't know for sure. Just be sure to do a lot of things that inspire you. Get involved with emotions as well, they'll help fuel the imagination. All in all, just write from the heart and let the words/moments take you. It's not very realistic, I'm sorry ? but it works for me time to time.

@ When my husband writes a book, I do everything so that nothing distracts him. I bring food. I walk with my child for a long time. I answer his letters and calls. I isolate my husband for creativity.?
