Problems downloading APK

Hi,

I have recently tried to download This apk mod. I have tried to download it from three different explorers (IE, Chrome, Mozilla) and on Android. My internet seems fine but when I tried to download the file on the laptop the download just stopped half way. And when I try with Android there seems to be a problem with parsing, or something similar. Any ideas?

It could be a routing problem. If possible, try under a different connection if possible.

So, it was country's restriction. Used a VPN and I was able to download no problem.

What VPN did you use?? Cuz I'm getting the same error with certain mods

Mine says after downloading and opening the file it said app not downloaded when it was the entire time. Help fix this plz.
