get notifications when people you follow create new threads!

We should get notifications when people you follow create new threads .

Sometimes your favorite mod releases a app and you might miss it

Its not always possible to check their activities on profile tab...

this would make it very easy! if this feature is possible to implement

would never miss a mod from @Axiom and @SusieQ again!
