Hey sorry if this is the wrong forum to post under, super noob here. I was wondering if you can script/code using an android device. If it is at all possible please let me know asap. I really want to learn, I just don't have any computers available. Thanks for your time.

I don't think that's possible with an Android device . Maybe you can do some coding with a high end phone only if rooted but with computer it's really easy

It can be pretty easy to use if you use an APK Decompiler and a notepad type app.
