Are we unable to get the licenses of the games we have already brought in the past? Eg I was looking at my files and found a game I haven't played for a bit, so I downloaded it. But it's completely pointless cause I'm unable to get the license for it, due to the ban...
And if that's the case wouldn't it be kinda logical to refund people? Due to being unable to use purchases products?

Hello @Johnnyboy808 Unfortunately refunds aren't processed for deleted mods because technically you were able to download and play the game while it worked. We understand everyone's frustrations regarding the CoG mods.
