Name of the movie you are reviewing: Bad Ben: Pandemic

Not exactly the best movie in the Bad Ben Series. It's rather a letdown after the hilarious other movies that came before it.

Review:
The Latest [as of writing this] in the Bad Ben franchise. The Bad Ben series has seen Paranormal investigator Tom Riley go from schlub who purchased an haunted house at settlement to homeless bum living in the woods to professional paranormal investigator. Tom has come to terms with Ben and the ghosts of the house on Steelmanville Road. However in this latest installment Nigel Bach has a bunch of random amateur actors [likely patreon patrons] send him video clips which he then proceeds to pretend to interact with. The premise is instead of Covid the world has a sorta Zombie/Demonic invasion and people are contacting him for help. The acting of everyone else is terrible and while tom's personality is consistent he can't carry the thing on his own and ultimately with no real ghosts or monsters threatening him directly it feels more like a bad MST3K episode. It's clear that even when Tom is supposed to be "conversing" with the character that the reactions from both parties aren't actually communicating. It's a huge step back in quality from Bad Ben: The Way In. Which again can only be blamed on having unskilled amateurs attempting to control the narrative without the experience behind it. I can only hope the next in the series will be a step up.

Would you recommend this to other users? I'd only recommend it if you feel a great love for the overarching narrative of the Bad Ben series and you want to watch them all.
