The classic banana split is topped with a combination of vanilla ice cream, chocolate and strawberry, enriched with a chocolate syrup, cream and maraschino cherries. However, you can also use other flavors of ice cream, such as pistachio, cream and cherry, and you can use your favorite candied fruit, as well as vary the syrup: particularly suitable and pleasant are the caramel or strawberry syrups. You can add coconut flakes, chocolate chips, biscuit grains… in short, give vent to your imagination and prepare a delicious, complete and scenographic dessert in less than 15 minutes!
