Well, I have mostly watched shonen, so

Naruto (my first anime)
Bleach
One piece
Assassination classroom
Attack on Titan
My hero academia (currently my most favourite ongoing anime)
Jujutsu kaisen (if that series gets it's second season, this'll replace MHA)
Initial D (watching fifth stage)
Sk8 the infinity (only 12 episodes, but very decent, and lovable if skateboarding fascinates you)
Busou Renkin (don't remember much, but liked it)

Now I'm gonna start ERASED too, as much as I've heard of it, it sounds very cool and worth a watch.

I have different anime thats perfect for whatever mood I'm in, but I'm not a veteran weeb so I don't know that many But I do know that Fruits Basket (the new one) is godly and everyone should watch it

Some really cute stuff that might pull on your heart strings if you're super emotional (self expose) - Kamisama Kiss, Mahoutsukai no Yome, Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi, Akagami no Shirayuki-hime

Crying simulators - Violet Evergarden, Clannad (2nd season choke slammed me), Devilman Crybaby (the music is insanely good), DEATH PARADE.

Ultimate chill, even more fluff that will heal your soul after watching the anime I previously named - Flying Witch, Yuru Camp, My Roommate is a Cat

Obligatory sports anime - Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru (criminally underrated imo)

Funny ones - Grand Blue, Yakitate Japan!! (anime about baking bread?????????? love it), Gakkou no Kaidan/Ghost stories (PLEASE watch this DUBBED. The dub is hilarious)

Anime that you should watch if you hate yourself, you want to laugh a little and legit waste your time - Diabolik Lovers, School Days, Hametsu no Mars

Other very yummy anime that idk how to describe with only few words - Dororo, 91 Days, Ghost Hunt, Hyouka

Noragami is also bussin. Its worth mentioning again because I love Yato too much and Hiyori is a girlboss very good stuff

Also God Of High School because of the amazing plot and well written characters. This show definitely did the webtoon and characters justice by taking the time to flesh out their characters instead of showing phenomenal fight scenes.
