Hello,

I have a few apps telling me the data is corrupt. What could be the cause? I can't make any changes. The original APK works fine but if I decompile it and recompile it I get the same error.

Can you explain me the problem or show me a tutorial for this problem?
I have some notions in modding/assembler.
Is it a signature verification/protection issue? I don't see otherwise.

It's a signature issue. APKs that I can't decompile and recompile have been patched with APK signature killer. I tried to practice with this tool but I still get the same error. The only solution found is to sign with APK Editor Pro in signature version 3. The APK then has no META-INF folder or certificate, something I don't understand because everything works like that. Surely because my phone is rooted, I would have to test on a non-rooted phone.
