extract assets from AssetsBundle?

I'm trying to extract the assets from an AssetsBundle I got after I extracted the game's files using NOX emulator
I could extract the main assets from the APK after I used the APKTOOL and Assets Studio

but I couldn't do the same process when it comes to the Assets from the files I extracted

so is there a way that I could extract them?

I tried them all (Asset Studio, uTiny Ripper, UABE, etc...) however, none have worked as I got that the assets are encrypted; so isn't there a way to decrypt them ?
