I just noticed there was a new thread so Imma try it out. Since it's Good Friday, here's a Fish Burger Recipe.
Ingredients
4 frozen crumbed fish fillets
2 small Lebanese cucumbers
8 butter lettuce leaves
1 small avocado, sliced
4 long white bread rolls, split
1/3 cup whole-egg aioli
Method
1. Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan-forced.
2. Place fish fillets on a non-stick baking tray.
3 Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway during cooking, or until cooked through.
4. Peel cucumbers into ribbons using a vegetable peeler,
5. Divide lettuce and avocado among roll bases.
6. Top with fish, cucumber, aioli and roll tops. Voilà.
