Good art with voice acting

Can someone recommend me games(even if it's not visual novel) with good art and voice acting on PC, android, ppsspp emulator.

In case of an otome/visual novel like hakuoki and amnesia memories.. maybe you can try:
- Steam Prison
- Taisho x Alice
- Nightshade
- Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk
- The how to series by roseverte (how to take off your mask, etc). These ones are simple but entertaining enough and just have like one love interest, still, there's a rare plus point of having the Heroine/main character with voice act
- Anniversary no Kuni no Alice
- OZMAFIA!
- The Tail Makes the Fox (Haven't try this yet so.. yeah, play at your own risk or something)
- Nameless ~The one thing you must recall~ (Korean VA)
Lol i think that's about it, hm, there're many great jrpg with good art like you already played that i know but it's all no voice act mostly (i mean, partial of it are just when characters start fighting and such)
