Homemade McDonald’s sandwiches
To the delight of our children a recipe to prepare the very famous ones directly at home Mcdonald’s sandwiches. By following our recipe you will get fluffy and soft sandwiches, ideal to be stuffed to make very delicate burgers. The size of these sandwiches is ideal for children to eat too. These sandwiches are also a great solution for celebrating a birthday or for a refreshment.
Ingredients for 6
- 00 flour: 350 g
- Eggs: 3
- Fresh brewer’s yeast: 15 g
- Milk: 60 ml
- Salt up: 10 g
- Butter: 80 g
- Sugar: 15 g
- Sesame: to taste
- Preparation: 4 hours, 20 minutes
- Cooking: 20 minutes
- Total: 4 hours, 40 minutes
- Calories: 278 Kcal / 100 g

In a bowl, add the milk and brewer’s yeast; stir to dissolve the yeast.

In another large bowl pour the eggs, sugar and mix with a whisk.

Once the eggs are well mixed with the sugar, add the milk with the yeast, continuing to mix with the whisk.

Add the flour in two stages and start kneading, at first with the help of the whisk and then with your hands.
