I did not get any rewards from following them on social media and i can only watch one ad before the site crashes

watching ads doesnt work for me, I click it and it goes nowhere but to a blank tab. What am I doing wrong?
(nevermind, i see whats wrong now, i forgot i had TWO adblockers and only turned off one so ads are playing now!!)
ok something is still wrong, i've watched THREE ads so far and I still have no points or anything that is saying i;ve finished the ads, it just goes to a countdown page after and then goes to a blank tab??

also, can you not do this on mobile? because i have no extensions on mobile and it's doing the same thing there
