Last week the Oppo Find N2 Flip was launched internationally with the largest external screen we’ve seen so far on a folding flip, and today we heard that Samsung will respond with an even bigger screen in the Galaxy Z Flip5 by the end. of the year.
There is another contender in the flip space, however, and that’s Motorola. And if Oppo and Samsung felt pretty good about themselves up to this point, well, just look at this.

The renders above come directly from leakster legend Evan Blass, aka @evleaksand, as you can see, it sports an absolutely massive external screen on the upcoming Motorola Razr 2023. It seems that almost the entire chunk of the phone is taken up by the display, which even has cutouts for the dual cameras and LED flash.
Slab-style phones have taken a long time to be pretty much full-screen, but it looks like flip-style foldables aren’t going to drag things around that much. With this design, Motorola clearly wins the competition for external screen size. Your move, Oppo.
