From what I know about the device, if One clicks and TowelRoot do not work on 5.1.1, (I searched on XDA, talked to a few friends, and couldn't find an official root for anything above 4.4x, and couldn't find anything unofficial like someone saying that Chainfire's 300 plus devices actually worked on the 907A) then you can do the following:

Use Odin to go back to stock ROM 4.4.2 (Odin 3.0.9.zip 960 kb)
Code:

Stock Rom
DOES NOT TRIP KNOX

Then you can root with TowelRoot apk, and install SuperSu.

Install SuperSU (You don't need to tell it to disable knox) in Stock Recovery by updating from sd card.
Code:
https://download.chainfire.eu/447/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.99r4.zip
There is a debloat script for Samsung somewhere on XDA (I cannot remember where it is at) that you can use to deactivate OTA updates (because the update will kill root, and of course, not many people have been really interested in rooting the 907A since early 2016)

I hope this helps, but unfortunately, unless KingRoot or other one clicks work, it may be the only option.

Also, you can keep this same info, and fiddle with Chainfire's rooting, to see if it will work in any case, and if not (if you brick it) just Odin this one and update via OTA again if you want to keep 5.x. <br /><br /> Edited on ( 16 Jul 2017, 20:51 ) <br /><br /> By the way, all of the above is working on the 907A (I didn't pull them from random locations as far as SuperSU and so on).

If you are feeling up to it, you can always try Chainfire's one stop shop, but if you brick it, just go back to 4.4x.

Not one person had been frisky enough to try, maybe because they had issues with BSOD on it.. but since you hadn't said yours has this issue, then you can probably do that without an issue (BSOD was more than likely a board issue).

I did have that issue 3 mo after i got it in 2015. But sent it back to Samsung and they fixed it with a new motherboard according to paperwork. But since then no issues so i might try it.
