Password Protection.

So I downloaded a app the other day and it required me to use a password on sbupload which I thought was a brilliant idea seen as I anybody unsavoury could just repost elsewhere .... But I then realised they could also copy and paste the password ?

So I hope I'm not suggesting something which already happens but could we password protect every file and generate a new password for each purchase that way limiting theft of all the hard work that goes around here ?

Is this even possible ?

For example when you get a single use log on code for bank/.gov sites ? Or WhatsApp or Facebook or Instagram surely if there's a will there's a way ? ... Absolute noob at coding etc
But surely there's something that could be done ?
