Pasta with spinach
There pasta with spinach it is a healthy, light and quick to prepare first course. A few ingredients will be enough for you, since spinach is really the undisputed protagonist, which makes this pasta a balanced dish on a nutritional level, but also very tasty and satiating. The elements that make up our spinach pasta are also easily available and cheap. You can use all types of pasta you prefer, even wholemeal or gluten-free, there really is no limit, the result will still be mouth-watering!
Ingredients for 4
- Short pasta: 320 g
- Fresh spinach: 300 g
- Evo oil: to taste
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Chilli oil: to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper as needed
- Grated cheese flakes: to taste
- Preparation: 10 minutes
- Cooking: 15 minutes
- Total: 25 minutes
- Calories: 180 Kcal / portion

Clean and wash the spinach under running water.

In a pan pour a generous round of olive oil, add the clove of garlic and let it fry.

As soon as the garlic begins to fry, remove it and add the spinach. You can choose whether to leave the leaves whole or in pieces.
