Question about modding lib2cpp games?

Hi,
I was wondering if a file just has a arm64 folder instead of a arm 7 folder can it still be modded or is it impossible to mod using dnspy and hex editing thanks

I just thought if there's no arm 7 folder then it just won't be compatible with devices that are 32bit but I'm pretty clueless about this stuff.

No that make sense actually trying to mod a game that only has arm 64 have only modded arm 7 so a bit out if my comfort zone and everything i tried so far have failed
