Question about trusted websites.

One of the rules for being able to upload mods from outside websites mentioned external/untrusted websites.

"You can't post a MOD if it has credits to an external/untrusted website. "

What constitutes a trusted website?

@Aurealia as the rule also says "external" there seems to be no other trusted site for the shared mod section then sbenny.com as even if there is another trusted website, which there are out there but they are external so only shared mods without any credits outside of sbenny.com are allowed to share.
