Well, I play games like Apex Legends and Valorant on my PC, and it's powerful enough to run both at ultra 60 FPS, however, sometimes the frames just pause for a sec and the keyboard and mouse stop taking any input, around a second later, it responds to them commands (like, if I want to make my character jump, the character will keep going forward, not responding even to sliding the mouse around, after a second, it does all that and then runs normally)
Is this due to less available RAM? Because almost all games need around 16 GB of ram to run at ultra while I have 8?

Device specs
Acer nitro 5 AN517-51
i5-9300H (2.4 GHz, max 4.1 GHz, 4 cores, 2 threads)
Gtx 1650 (4 GB vram)
8 GB RAM (expendable to 32)
1080p 17.3 inch screen

Also, you can try this to check if you have required hardware to run a particular game.

The ram is the problem, it is less than recommended, rest everything is just fine, thanks!
