Hi, i have a problem...

I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy S4 last week, everything working perfectly, until yersterday !

Now my phone reboot randomly, he can reboot three times in the same hour or not in the fourth next hours.

I just want to know how to unroot my phone because i have not managed to repair this problem.

If anyone can help me, it will be nice !

I think your issue occurs because you didn't make a Factory Reset.

Reboot your phone in Recovery Mode and then make a Factory Reset. This should solve the problem.

Please note: a Factory Reset will delete all your data so it's suggested to make a backup before proceeding.

It's usually the only way I know to fix these kind of problems.

It's surely not related to root permissions.

go to supersu or what super app you have ... and make a Full UNNROOT

after that ...

make a backup for media file and apps with titanium backup pro , move it to the ext sdcard and do a factory reset ...

root our pjone and restore the backup ...

;)

Puoi anche rimettete il firmware ufficiale dopo aver fatto un backup e poi moodarlo di nuovo

I have the problem with root my device samsung galaxy j7 prime
After root, it's work perfectly for 2-3 days. But when the Pin Battery ran over, restarting and get lock in the Logo Screen, And cannot boot anymore.
Same lilke the bricks now. What can i do ...?
