Show video cooldown timer for easier tracking

I think it'd be a good idea if a cooldown timer for the ads can be shown for the 5 second videos. It would be easier for me to see how much time I have left before the 24 hour cycle restarts. Thanks.

I actually agree with this, although you could just set a timer yourself
