As you explore the world keep your eyes open for sky shards for for every 3 unique shards of these allow you to spend them to get a bonus skill point for your character. Go anywhere, Do anything that is the freedom presented in The Elder Scrolls Online, the game scales your character to the content so explore any dark dungeon or mysterious cave that may intrigue you, adventure on your own or with friends even if those friends have wildly advanced experience and equipments. During character creation, you must select one of the three alliances seeking to gain power in this era, the Daggerfall covenant, The Ebonheart pact or The Aldmeri Dominion. Each alliance contains unique events and compelling storyline. But your choice still allows you to play with characters with or against you alliance.
4. Tamriel is a dangerous place, when you can't sneak or talk your way out of a conflict, you have to fight. The Elder Scrolls Online features an action based combat system, reminiscent of The Elder Scrolls games, use your skills ... abilities... and a combination of light and heavy equipment to defend yourself and your allies while you obliterate your foes. Unleash powerful synergy attacks while maintaining your abilities to block other's attacks. If you prefer sneak attacks, you can use stealth to avoid detection, dodge obstacles or approach your enemies quietly to unleash a superior sneak attack.
5. Even the greatest solo player needs some help now and then, use the Group activity finder or the friends list to join other players when exploring dungeons or dwarven ruins. The Elder Scrolls Online community is extremely welcoming to new players, old players help new players in showing the secrets of tamriel training them to better in their skills. Join a guild to share resources and help other players. There are various guilds that you may join to improve your skills, the Thieves guild, the Mages guild, the Dark Brotherhood, and the Fighters guild.
