An unrooted Android won't let you copy or modify files in the Data folder. Can't copy any files to is no matter what 3rd party file management is used.

Friend, please make sure you followed the steps below. Use tbm only the apk I share. It may not work with the app directly from the Playstore. And all of a sudden, the file manager I'm going to give you down can help you in this process.
