Those who read thriller books know that 'Sidney Sheldon' is the ultimate king of thriller books and this book 'Are you afraid of the dark' is no exception. I bet you once you start reading this, you'll be hooked and will finish this one seat.
The story is all about two women who lost their husbands in mysterious death events. Four deaths happened in four parts of the world and their husbands were among them. The two widows Kelly Harris and Diane Stevens were not convinced that it was a coincidence or suicide. They were living happily with their partners but they were always unsure of the fact that what their partners did as a job. They guessed that the deaths might be related to those projects their husbands were up to. After their husband's funeral, they two met the boss of the company their husbands were working on, Tanner Kinglsey. A very powerful man with a lot of secrets. They couldn't get any appropriate answer but that same day they got attacked by the goons.
and from here, the chase and run begin. They couldn't stay in one place because of those ruthless attacks. It's fascinating to see how Kelly and Diane, who didn't know each other even a week ago are trying to survive those attacks and collecting pieces of information about their beloved dead husband at the same time. Were they successful to get all the answers or they also got murdered in the process?What is the ultimate truth behind those four deaths? And finally, were they able to get justice for their husbands and those other two people?
Don't worry,this book provides all those answers satisfyingly.
